Dallas, Texas | February 23, 2013 | Godstone Ranch Motorsports announced today it will debut the Heart Car at the new Circuit of the Americas in Austin supporting the American Heart Association's Hands-Only CPR program. John McCutchen II will co-drive with Jason Hart, who will join the team for the first time at the Circuit of the Americas Grand Am Rolex race in Austin, March 1-2. Jason drove full time with the USLED team last season in the Continental Series. When not racing, Jason is a much sought after Dallas-based professional driver coach (Jason Hart Racing) who was a key factor in the Horton Autosport success last year where he coached their very quick pilot, Patrick Lindsey.
For the inaugural Grand Am Circuit of the Americas race, Godstone will team with last season's "out-of- the-box" sensation, Park Place Motorsports, who erupted onto the Grand Am Rolex series under the Horton Autosport monicker capturing a front row spot at Monterrey and clocking several fastest laps in their inaugural season!. Park Place Motorsports is located in Dallas, where they support every kind of performance car service from track day support to performance upgrades.
Godstone Ranch has a new teaming arrangement with the American Heart Association, supporting their Hands-Only CPR program. This is an historic arrangement which has the American Heart Association appearing on a race car for the first time since their beginnings in 1915! As part of the Hands-Only CPR campaign, Godstone's goal is to raise awareness about this simple life-saving technique. "We want HOCPR to be as common knowledge as 911 is to nearly every man, woman and child in the United States," proclaimed Godstone driver, John McCutchen II. "Hopefully, every fan watching us race will take note of the three simple steps to saving a life: call 911, push hard and fast in the center of the chest to the beat of Stayin Alive."
To that end, watch for the Heart Car next Saturday and look for it coming to a Grand Am race near you! Anyone interested in becoming a part of this program by sponsoring the Heart Car, please contact us. It's easier and more affordable than you think!
